Siracha Aioli

Siracha Aioli

2 egg yolks
1 egg
2 t fresh lemon juice
2 – 2 1/2c olive oil
Salt and pepper
1/4 c siracha

Place eggs and egg yolks in blender. Blend for 1 minute. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Blend a few seconds more. Turn on blender on low and slowly drizzle in olive oil until thickens. Once thickened add siracha and pulse gently. Refrigerate.
