Swiss BBQ Sauce and Onion Mac and Cheese


Mac and Cheese with BBQ Sauce and Onion Straws

1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss Cheese
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
16 ounces pasta, cooked and drained
2 c milk
2 T butter
1/4 c flour
2 t mustard powder
1 t chili powder
Salt and pepper

Homemade BBQ sauce
Homemade onion straws
1/2 c shredded swiss.

Make a roux with the butter, milk and flour. Stir in spices. Slowly melt Parmesan and swiss. Stir in pasta to coat and dump into a baking dish and top with rest of cheese. Broil until cheese is melted and bubbly. Top with BBQ sauce and onion straws. Add shredded pork or chicken for those who must have meat.
