CupBop CopyCat

My favorite food truck has got to be CupBop, but trying to find a recipe is near impossible. So this is taken from a myriad of sources until I created this masterpiece and made it spicier just for me.

2-3 of beef short ribs, cut into small randomly sized pieces

Marinade
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp ginger
1/8 medium-size onion
1/4 small asian pear
1/2 small tangerine or blood orange
4 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of sesame oil
1 tbsp gochujang
1/2 tbsp of honey
1 tsp of sake, or rice wine
1/2 tsp of sea salt
1/2 tsp of rice vinegar
1/8 tsp of ground white pepper
1/8 tsp of ground black pepper
1 tbsp of siracha sauce

Sweet BBQ Sauce
1/4 c BBQ sauce
2 T rice vinegar
1 t soy sauce
1 oyster sauce
1/4 t sesame oil
1 t ginger
A small amount of capsasin for those brave souls

Siracha Mayo
1/4 c mayo
3 T siracha

Other
2 cups Cabbage, stir fried
Green Onion rings tops, chopped
2-3 cups cooked rice
1 cup cooked rice noodles

Add marinade ingredients to blender and process until smooth. Marinate shirt ribs at least overnight.

Mix ingredients for Siracha mayo and BBQ sauce and set aside.

Cook rice, rice noodles, and saute cabbage. Saute short ribs.

To serve, grab a bowl. Place rice in bottom, then rice noodles, cabbage, beef, and top with sauces and onions.
