There have been few home cooked meals and even fewer reasons to write lately. Let’s just say I am experiencing some family drama. So things will be a bit more intermittent. For now here is a great recipe for Irish Cream that makes a great Christmas gift.
1 c heavy cream
1 c Jamison Whiskey
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 T Hershey’s Special Dark Syrup
1/2 t almond extract
1 t vanilla extract
1 t Instant Coffee
Combined everything and blend. Refrigerate. Should keep about 2 months…. But really if yours lasts that long you must be doing something wrong.
