Muhamarra
Ottelenghi Recipe

3 red bell peppers, roasted and skins removed
50 g walnuts
1 garlic clove
2 T pomegranate molasses
50 g bread crumbs
1 1/2 t lemon juice
1 1/2  cumin
Aleppo chili flakes
Salt and pepper

Process everything in a food processor. Let sit for a few hours or a day in the fridge and serve with romaine or pitas.
