Smores Rice Krispies

2 T melted butter
6 graham crackers
1/4 c sugar

2 T butter
7.5 oz marshmallows
4 c rice krispies
3/4 c mini chocolate chips

Extra marshmallows for top

Crush graham crackers and mix with sugar and butter. Press into a 9×9 pan. Bake at 375 for 10-15 min. Cool

Melt butter in a medium sauce pan. Add marshmallows and melt, continually stirring. Add rice krispies and stir to coat. Put into pan and gently mix in chocolate. Press into pan on top of graham cracker layer.

Finally cut marshmallows for top into fourths and layer on. Use a kitchen torch to toast.
