Easy Salmon and Fresh Greens

Easy Baked Salmon

2 4-6 oz salmon portions
Salt and Pepper

Spinach
Romaine
Broccoli Raab Flowers
Balsamic Vinegar
Sugar Peas

Place salmon with salt and pepper on top on a baking sheet and broil for about 15-20 minutes on a lower mid level rack.

Mix greens top with balsamic vinegar and top with your fried onions and salmon. Enjoy!
