Chard and Blue Cheese Steak

So the steak is really straight forward. Grill medium rare and melt blue cheese on top.

For the chard put into a large enamel pan and add water. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes. Remove lid and cook off water. In another pan saute prosciutto and chopped onions in a little of olive oil. Top with pine nuts, add chard and cook a little longer.
