Peas and Edamame

Easy and good side dish!

Peas and Edamame

1/2 onion, sliced thinly
1/4 c cube pancetta
2 cups fresh or frozen peas
1 cup frozen shelled edamame
1 T garlic
1 T butter
Salt and Pepper

Caramelize onion with pancetta. Add garlic and saute 1 minute. Add peas, edamame and butter and continue cooking until heated through. Top with salt and pepper and serve hot.
