Chorizo Spring Pasta


1 clove garlic, minced
2 c pasta, cooked and drained
2 c milk
2 T butter
2 T flour
Red Pepper Flakes
Salt and Pepper
Snap Peas
Asiago Cheese
Fried Onions
Spanish Chorizo

Melt butter in pan and add garlic and red pepper flakes. Use flour and milk to create a thin roux. Add pasta, chorizo and veggies, allow to thicken. Top with cheese and fried onions.

Would be good with chicken or chickenĀ  sausage. I just didn’t have those on hand.
