Crab Boil

Happy Mardi Gras! Enjoy some crab, I know we did.
2 lbs crab
1 lb jumbo shrimp, deveined
2 ears of corn, broken in thirds
4-6 new potatoes
Old Bay Seasoning
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 onion, chopped

Bring a large dutch oven to boil with old bay seasoning and Worcestershire sauce. Add potatoes and onion. Boil for 20 minutes. Add corn and crab, boil for 5 minutes. Add shrimp and continue boiling for 3-4 minutes. Dump over newspaper and dig in.

Serve with melted garlic butter, Cheddar biscuits, maque choux…. or a variety of other Cajun delights.
