So technically thanks to Bob and Tom it’s Totcho Tuesday, but I was sick, and next Tuesday is Mardi Gras. Like I would eat anything but seafood for Mardi Gras. My husband assures me these were delicious, but due to congestion I only partly tasted them. Sad! Let’s hope I can taste some of the great food I have planned.
Ground Beef, cooked with cumin, chili powder, onion salt, garlic salt, and paprika
Bake tater tots according to instructions. Layer tots with cheese, meat and toppings. Return to oven until cheese melts.
