Smoked Turkey Breast

Smoked Turkey Breast

1 Turkey Breast, skin on
Apple wood Chunks
1/2 t dried onion
1 t Herbs de Provence
1/2 t garlic powder
Salt and pepper

Mix seasoning and rub generously between breast and skin. I didn’t want the edges to get burnt so I tied my breast. Smoke for 2-4 hours. Slow is best, when internal temp reaches 170, enjoy!
