Fajita Salad

Fajita Salad

1 flank steak
Salt and pepper
1 T Garlic, minced
2 bell peppers, sliced
2 jalapeños, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1/4 t garlic powder
1/4 tOnion powder
1/4 t Cumin
1 t Chili powder
1/2 t paprika
Lettuce
Tomato, diced
Avocado, diced
Black Beans, drained
Tortilla Chip Strips
Cilantro-Lime dressing

Mix seasonings and divide. Caramelize onions in a saute pan. When nearly done add peppers, garlic, and half the seasoning. Cook until tender.

Spread the other half on flank steak. Preheat grill on high heat. Cook steak 3-5 minutes on each side. Slice thin.

Place your desired toppings on a bed of lettuce and enjoy.
