Peppered Beef Tagliatelle


Peppered Beef Tagliatelle

1/2 lb fresh tagliatelle pasta
1/2 lb thinly sliced steak
2 bell peppers
1 c mushrooms
1/2 onion
3 T oyster sauce
1/4 c mirin
2 T pepper
1/2 t ginger paste
2 T minced garlic
1 t sesame oil
1 t chopped coriander
1/4 c water
Green onions

Cook and drain pasta. In another pan saute beef and veggies a in sesame oil. Add garlic and ginger, cook to another minute. Deglaze pan with mirin. Add oyster sauce, water, pepper and coriander. Cook down a bit, add pasta and toss to coat.
