Japanese Drumsticks


Japanese Drumsticks

1/4 c soy sauce
1 T miso
2 T Morin
2 T brown sugar
1 t chopped garlic
Salt and Pepper
4 drumsticks with skin on

Preheat oven to 425. Mix all ingredients and let sit over night. Reserve liquid and place chicken on baking rack with a tin foil covered cookie sheet underneath. Brush with soy sauce mixture, reserve rest. Bake 20 minutes. Turn and brush again. Bake additional 25 minutes. 

Serve with my baked fries.
