1 c bread flour
1/2 c + 2 T warm water
1 t yeast
1/2 t garlic salt
1 t olive oil
Mix all ingredients together and place in fridge overnight. Next day prior to baking remove from fridge and let sit for 30 minutes.
Roll thin. Preheat oven to 450 F and place rack at top of oven and pizza stone on rack.
Sprinkle peel with cornmeal and place dough on top. Add sauce, meats and all toppings but cheese or eggs. Place in preheated oven. Bake for about 8 minutes. Open add cheese and eggs and bake additional 8-10 minutes.
Meat pizza toppings: speck, sausage, pepperoni with mozzarella and some parmesan
Egg pizza: green onions, speck, salt, pepper, egg, a little parmesan and mozzarella
