My first pesto was so good I decided to adapt the recipe and now have three.
This one is walnut parsley pesto. To make substituted walnuts for pine uta and parsley for the basil.
This is pistachio basil spinach pesto. I used 3/4’s basil and 1/4 spinach to replace the Basil. Also if your pistachios are salted, remember to use less salt. You can always add more.
And for fun, made a creamy pesto pasta with them.
