Individual Breakfast Casserole
1 piece of bread, cut into cubes
1/4 c milk
1/4 c cheese
1/8 t paprika and ground mustard
Salt and Pepper
Add ins: black beans, corn, caramelized onions, leftover hash browns, ham, bacon, sausage, bell peppers, chives, mushrooms…. just about whatever you like with your eggs.
Combine everything. Add add ins and place in ramekins. Bake in 375 preheated oven for 30-45 minutes.
