Blue Corn Tortilla
1 1/4 c masa harina
3/4 c blue corn meal, run through food processor until fine
1 1/3 c water
Combine ingredients and form into balls about 1 1/2 in wide. Using a tortilla press or rolling pin place each ball in between wax paper and roll thin.
To cook place one at a time in a hot skillet and toast on each side for 1-2 minutes.
* For tostadas bake after until crispy or fry
Crispy Corn Tortillas
Black beans cooked with cumin, chili powder and salt
Green Lettuce, Shredded
Chicken Breast, shredded and add cumin, spicy chili powder, salt
Place tortilla on plate. Top with meat, beans, lettuce, pico, and cheese.
