Holiday gift time, and it’s time to bake!
Cherry Pistachio Biscotti
2 c flour
3/4 c powdered sugar
2 1/2 t baking powder
2 t lemon extract
1 T lemon zest
1 cup unsalted pistachios, shelled
1 cup cherry craisins
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix all ingredients well. Knead dough until all ingredients are well incorporated. Shape into a long log and flatten on top.
Bake 30 min. Let cool. Slice with serrate knife and bake another ten minutes.
After cooled drizzle with white chocolate.
