Cheddar Biscuits

In a need to balance out a perfectly healthy meal, we needed some Cheddar biscuits.

Cheddar Biscuits

2/3 c flour
1/3 c buttermilk
2 T  and 2 t butter, melted
1 t sugar
1/8 t salt
1/8 t cream of tartar
1 t baking powder
2 T chives
1/4 c cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 450 F. Gently mix all ingredients but the cheese. Divide into 4 sections, drop on a pan and bake for 8-10 minutes.
