Roasted Red Pepper Pasta
Spanish Chorizo, chopped
1/2 c red pepper spread (http://low-cholesterol.food.com/recipe/ajvar-roasted-red-pepper-spread-245260)
1/4 lb pasta, cooked al dente and drained
1/2 c shredded cheese
Place pasta in a small baking dish, top with red pepper spread, chorizo and shredded cheese. Bake or broil until cheese melts. Eat warm.
