1 thick Tuna Steak
Salt and pepper outside of tuna. Heat grill to high. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side. Serve.
3 Cups Kirkland Veggies
1 t Siracha
1 t Garlic
Salt and Pepper
Pan Fry veggies in 1 tsp. oil. Add garlic and siracha and cook another 1-2 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
I like to add other veggies I have on hand to the mix. Red cabbage, bamboo shoots, onions, asparagus and artichokes are good bets.
