My favorite Halloween treat to balance out all the sweets.
Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
3 cups seeds, rinsed and dried
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 425 F. Toss seeds with salt and olive oil. Place on a large cookie sheet. Bake 20-30 minutes turning every 5 minutes until desired browning is reached.
You can also season with all sorts of seasonings: ranch, garlic, cumin, sugar, just about anything you like. Just substitute for the salt or add in addition.
