Alfredo Potatoes


Alfredo Potatoes

4-5 large Yukon Golds
1/4 cup butter
1 t red pepper flakes
1 T salt
2 t pepper
1/3 c flour
1/4 c parmesan cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

Mix flour, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Slice potatoes thin, about 1/8 an inch. Layer the bottom of a 9×13 pan with a layer of potatoes. Sprinkle some of the flour mixture on. Sprinkle some parmesan. Cut thin slices of the butter and place on the potatoes. Repeat until last layer of potatoes and top with only parmesan and butter. Add milk. Cover and bake on 375 for 1 to 1.5 hours. Remove foil and bake additional 15 to 20 minutes. Top with mozzarella and continue baking until melted. Serve.
